TERMS OF USE

WARRIORS INTENT TRAINING LTD, Co. No. 17115274
Effective date: 25 March 2026  |  Last updated: 3 May 2026  |  Governing law: England and Wales

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Warriors Intent platform at warriorsintent.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use this platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Warriors Intent Training Ltd (“WI”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in England and Wales (Company Number 17115274).

2. THE SERVICE

Warriors Intent is an AI-powered PMP certification preparation platform. The platform provides training content, question drills, performance analytics, and (at certain access tiers) AI coaching, across a range of modules including the Domain Battle Drill, Interview Battle Drill, Civil Service Battle Drill, Cloud-Based Delivery, and certification modules.

Access to certain features is gated by access tier. The features available at each tier are described on the pricing page and in your purchase confirmation.

PMI NDA Compliance: All question scenarios on this platform are original, PMI-aligned content created specifically for Warriors Intent. They are not derived from actual PMP exam content. You must not share, reproduce, or distribute platform content in any form.

3. ACCESS AND PAYMENT

Warriors Intent offers the following access tiers:

All prices include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe as a single, one-time charge. There are no recurring charges and no automatic renewal. Your access begins on payment and continues for 52 weeks from the date of purchase, after which it expires unless you purchase a new access period. You will receive a receipt by email for your payment.

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

4.1 Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period). Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day of purchase.

4.2 Waiver of Cancellation Right for Immediate Performance. Access to the Warriors Intent platform is provided immediately upon payment. By completing checkout and accessing the platform, you expressly: (a) consent to the service commencing immediately within the 14-day cancellation period; and (b) acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel under Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once the service has been fully performed. For the purposes of digital content and services, the service is considered fully performed on each instance you access the platform, including viewing content, attempting drills, engaging the ForgeVoice feature, or any other substantive platform interaction.

4.3 Refunds Outside the Cooling-Off Period. Access is granted for a fixed 52-week period from the date of purchase and does not renew automatically, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel. Once the cooling-off period has ended, or been waived under clause 4.2, the one-time access fee is non-refundable save where required by law. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for any unused portion of an access period. Refunds outside the cooling-off period are granted at our sole discretion. If you believe a charge has been made in error, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate.

4.4 Suspension. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where there is evidence of misuse or breach of these Terms.
